09 Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the competent courts of Odisha, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.
10 General
Visiting the Site, sending us emails and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that all agreements, notices and disclosures we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
These Terms and any policies posted on the Site constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision will not operate as a waiver. If any provision is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
